Company Sponsorships

Dear Frisco Business Owners and Community Members,

Hosp Elementary School, located in West Frisco, is one of FISD's top-rated elementary schools.  The school was established in August 2014 and serves over 750+ students, from Lone Star Ranch neighborhoods - Highland Ridge, The Preserve, Austin Ridge, and Lakeside, in addition to Waterstone Landings, The Shores at Waterstone, and Mainvue of Philips Creek Ranch.

As a nonprofit with limited funds, we continue to count on our community in efforts to support our students, staff, and school.  Participating in a school sponsorship will aid the 2024-2025 school year's PTA sponsored events, staff appreciation days, PTA programming for the student body and incentives for joining and becoming a member of the Hosp Elementary PTA.  We are giving local businesses the first opportunity to share their support for our students and our school while also promoting your business.  All contributions are greatly appreciated, and we thank you for making Hosp Elementary a great place to learn, grow and achieve!

2024-2025 Planned School Events:

• Back to School Luncheon for Hosp Staff (August 2024)-All Hosp teachers and staff are treated to a welcome back luncheon. Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, soft drinks and decorations.
• Warrior Dash (Fall 2024)- Our MAIN fundraiser for the year. The PTA uses all funds raised through the Warrior Dash for a variety of student-centered activities and programs, as well as assisting the school with approved gifts/donations. Sponsors are needed to support the costs of Ninja Nation obstacle course, possible live DJ, water bottles, photo props, student prizes for fundraising efforts, and printing our large sponsor banner to be displayed at this and all future Hosp PTA sponsored events.
• Fall and Spring Book Fairs (October 2024 and March 2025)-Sponsors are needed to assist with all book fair related activities- Family shopping events and programs, and staff snacks on book preview days.
• Holiday Luncheon for Hosp Staff (December 2024)-Before winter break, we like to acknowledge teachers and staff for all their hard work with a festive meal. Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, soft drinks and decorations.
• Carnival and Silent Auction (April 2025)-Our spring fundraiser welcomes our entire school community of 700+ students and their families. Sponsorship helps cover the cost of food trucks, activities, games, decorations and much more! Our silent auction takes place during the carnival and brings in hundreds of businesses who donate goods and services for families to bid on. Money raised through our Silent Auction goes toward PTA sponsored programs and events, as well as any approved school gifts/donations.
• Staff and Teacher Hospitality (All Year)-Our PTA strives to show appreciation for our hardworking staff all year long with breakfast, lunch and snacks and drinks for their staff lounge, as well as Staff and Teacher Appreciation Week in May. Sponsors help pay for the cost of food, goods or services to raffle and any appreciation items gifted.
